Bela Fleck and The Flecktones @ UCH Limerick Tuesday 3rd November 2009. Multiple Grammy Award winning Bela Fleck is probably the best banjo player in the world. While still in high school he began experimenting with playing bebop jazz on his banjo, released his first solo album, Crossing the Tracks in 1980 and formed the genre-busting Flecktones, with members equally talented and adventurous as himself in 1989. Featured below is a live take of The Sinister Minister (PART ONE) Recorded on July 4th 1998 at the Spectrum de Montreal during the Jazz Club du Maurier series of the 19th edition of the Festival International de Jazz de Montreal.
